Muscle Bath Soak

I seem to have been at a lot of weddings in the last month,which has been lovely but all the dancing in heels as left me aching. This is a great little simple blend to be swirled into the bath to ease those tired limbs…….

300g or 2 Cups of Epsom Salts

3 Drops Lemongrass

2 Drops Rosemary

If you have any dried Lavender or Chamomile flowers you can sprinkle a tablespoon of these in also. Then light a candle and relax for 20 minutes. The Epsom Salts will relieve stress and muscle cramps,the Lemongrass will also work on tired limbs and help to invigorate you and the Rosemary will also stimulate your muscles and your mind. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. If you have any carrier oils then you can make up a blend of the above (12ml to 6 drops) to rub into any specific areas of soreness, such as feet. I also find this helps with menstrual back pain.
